Task description:
• Maintain and further develop and test the HR System components according to upcoming requirements and prototypes.
Technical knowledge, skill, experience:
• Two to five years experience in software engineering and methods.
• Thorough understanding and excellent knowledge of
- OOP
- Development of WebPortals
- Enterprise web application development and integration
- System and technology alternatives
Operation system:
• Windows/UNIX knowledge
Programming languages:
• Java (J2SE/J2EE), common libraries and products
Methods/Tools:
• JBoss Seam Framework
• Apache Struts
• CVS / SVN
Standards:
• JavaServer Faces
• JavaServlets
• JavaServer Pages
• JavaBeans
• J2EE

• HTML
Behavioral skills:
• Ability to quickly familiarize with new topics.
• Ability to find and implement innovative solutions to requirements.
