Currently, we have an outstanding position opportunity for Engagement Manager.
The selected Engagement Manager candidates will build and maintain start-up process of new clients within initial phases and provide successful “on-boarding” process to development team. The other key responsibilities will be:
• Provide S&M team with best project life cycle practices, presentations, demos and other materials required for marketing and sales campaigns (pre-sale stage)
• Participate in the client “face-to-face” on-site and off-shore meetings and conference calls to present the company’s best practices, technology skills and available experience
• Collect initial client requirements and understand client business needs (initial stage)
• Identify and keep track of clients’ processes, practices, project environments and tools
• Identify the prospect requirements, initiate and drive the prospect core-team staffing
• Coordinate and review the Proposal and Estimation development
• Identify the “right” time, initiate and provide successful transition procedure for successful “on-boarding” process and management transition to Development team under SBUM responsibility (on-boarding stage)
• Provide development teams with recommendations how to work successfully with on-boarded clients/prospects (on-boarding stage)
Education
- Master degree in Computer Science or similar
- Business, marketing, management education (Desirable)
Qualifications
- English upper intermediate level or higher
- Proven communicator/presenter
- Proven success as team player in previous position(s)
- Proven leadership and team building experience
- Experience in client relationships management (Desirable)
- Experience in developing proposals and estimates
- Proven analytical experience
- Experience in processes analysis and establishment
- Technology or Quality Assurance/Quality Control background
- Driver’s license is a must
Working conditions
- Willingness to travel frequently
- Driver’s license is obligatory to have
